At 818 Creative, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness while protecting our venue availability, we have structured our cancellation and refund policy as follows:
Guest Cancellations & Refunds

Flexible Policy (7+ Days Notice)
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking date: 100% refund
- Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge, subject to availability

Moderate Policy (2-6 Days Notice)
- Cancellations made 2-6 days before the booking date: 50% refund
- Rescheduling is available with a rescheduling fee

Strict Policy (Less than 48 Hours Notice)
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event: Non-refundable
- Rescheduling requests made within this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges
Host Cancellations
If 818 Creative must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method
- Cleaning fees will always be refunded if a guest cancels before using the space
