Refund & Cancellation Policy

At 818 Creative, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness while protecting our venue availability, we have structured our cancellation and refund policy as follows:

Guest Cancellations & Refunds

  • Flexible Policy (7+ Days Notice)

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the booking date: 100% refund
    • Rescheduling is allowed at no extra charge, subject to availability
  • Moderate Policy (2-6 Days Notice)

    • Cancellations made 2-6 days before the booking date: 50% refund
    • Rescheduling is available with a rescheduling fee
  • Strict Policy (Less than 48 Hours Notice)

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event: Non-refundable
    • Rescheduling requests made within this period will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional charges

Host Cancellations

If 818 Creative must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method
  • Cleaning fees will always be refunded if a guest cancels before using the space
